           NOT SUPPORTED FOR ENCRYPTION
  -this is indication of user not having Read authority to
   STGADMIN.SMS.FAIL.INVALID.DSNTYPE.ENC
  
  NOTE: This APAR also increases the DCOLLECT output LRECL. It is
  generally recommended to set an output LRECL to the maximum
  amout of 32k to avoid all current and future LRECL issues.
