* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Miscellaneous JSON parser problems      *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

In certain esoteric scenarios using the HWTJCREN service, the
z/OS JSON parser does not create a JSON entry the right way
or the HWTJCREN service incorrectly returns a parse error
when numbers or unicode characters are added in specialized
circumstances.
