*                 utilize binder C/C++ APIs.                   *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently 64-bit C/C++ programs are     *
*                      unable to invoke C/C++ binder APIs on   *
*                      z/OS V2R1. This APAR is a rollback of   *
*                      support added in z/OS V2R2.             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
Apply this fix for C/C++ binder APIs to be invoked by AMODE64
C/C++ programs.
