IUTLLCIZ is incorrectly handling data when current thread
is already operating on a zIPP. If smaller messages were
chained with larger messages then the earlier smaller
messages were lost. This causes a fixed CSM dataspace storage
    leak.

Problem conclusion

  • Change hipersockets logic to correctly handle conditions
where both small and large messages are chained in the
same outbound data stream. A storage leak was occurring
when this condition occurred and the thread passed to
the Hipersockets DLC interface interpreter (IUTLLCIZ) is
    already operating on a zIIP.
