  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Issue handling MT-PPRC states of zero   *
  *                      (i.e., relationship does not exist)     *
  *                      when DEVSUPxx PARMLIB keywords PPRCSUM  *
  *                      and PPRCMT are enabled. Current         *
  *                      checking assumes if state is not        *
  *                      Pending or not Full Duplex, and not     *
  *                      PPRC MT Incremental Resync Pair, it is  *
  *                      Suspended. The Suspend count and PPRC   *
  *                      count displayed in IEA075I message is   *
  *                      scewed.                                 *

  Fix is to determine if PPRC state is greater than zero for each
  Multi-Target PPRC relationship before checking specific states.
