Error description

• External symptoms:
  ABEND0C4 in IATCNNJ processing NOTIFY
  
  Impact to customer:
    Function abends and recovers, minimal impact
  
  Analysis:
    After processing an NMR (nodal message record) and freeing the
  associated work storage, a NOTIFY message is received and we
  attempt to use the NMR storage in error.
  
  Additional symptoms:
  Notify messages directed to a TSO user may be discarded.
  
  Verification steps:
  1) ABENDS0C4 in IATCNNJ in routine FND
  2) processing NOTIFY request
  3) storage pointed to by R4 is unavailable
  
  The projected closing code is PER for release HJS7790.

  The NOTFY routine in module IATCNNJ was called to process a
  notification message for a TSO user.  The request was described
  by a networking message queue entry (IATYNCM), which included a
  main processor sequence number in the NJEQUAL field.
  
  NOTFY determined that the TSO user was logged on to the target
  main processor, and so issued the IATXMPC macro to locate the
  MPC (IATYMPC) for the processor, in preparation for issuing a
  JSERV request directed to the correct processor.  However, the
  macro was issued with an incorrect value for the SEQNO=
  parameter.  The field specified for SEQNO= was in inaccessible
  storage, and an ABENDS0C4 occurred.
  
  Additional symptom: If the storage reference does not cause an
  ABEND0C4, the IATXMPC request will normally fail to find the
  correct main processor, and the message will not be sent.
