    With this APAR, RMF provides the support for zHPF Extended
    Distance II.

    New IOTMDINH overview condition based on SMF 78 subtype 3 to
    report the First-transfer-ready-disabled ratio.
    For the IOTMDINH condition, the two qualifiers IOLCU(lcuid) and
    IOCHPID(chpid) are required.
    
    chpid  A 2-digit hexadecimal number that identifies the channel
           path ID (CHPID). Applies only to the IOTMDINH condition.
    
    lcuid  A four-digit hexadecimal number that identifies a
           logical control unit.
