During initialization of a new zstream with deflateInit(...) or
inflateInit(...), uninitialized storage may cause this stream to
use software compression or decompression rather than zEDC
Express compression or decompression when zEDC Express adapters
are available.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This changes the deflateInit(...) and inflateInit(...) functions
to properly initialize storage to prevent a software fallback
when zEDC Express adapters are available.
