OA42684: IEAFIXXX VOLUME PARM NOT DOCUMENTED SHOULD BE SAME AS IEALPAXX MASTER CATALOGING NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED

Error description

• IEAFIXxx for FLPA additions and IEALPAxx for MLPA additions are
  processed by the same module which has a single entry point and
  is called by only one NIP RIM.  As such, it handles the same
  statement format for both IEAFIXxx and IEALPAxx.  MVS
  Initialization and Tuning currently has two errors:
  
  1. The optional VOLUME parm is missing from the Syntax Format
     section of IEAFIXxx.  It should appear just like it is in
     IEALPAxx, namely:
  
     INCLUDE    LIBRARY(data-set-name) [VOLUME(volser)]
                MODULES(module-name, module-name,...)
  
  2. Both IEALPAxx and IEAFIXxx state in the introductory
     paragraph to their respective sections:
  
     "(The modules are cataloged in the system master catalog.)"
  
     This is not necessarily required if the VOLUME parameter is
     used.
  
     In Statements/Parameters for IEALPAxx it correctly states the
     conditions under which cataloging in the system master
     catalog is NOT required:
  
     "The specified library, which must be a PDS, must be
     cataloged in the system master catalog unless you specify a
     volser using VOLUME in which case the data set must be on the
     specified volume."
  
     A corresponding statement needs to be added to IEAFIXxx.  The
     following statement which appears in the Statements/
     Parameters section in IEALPAxx needs to be added to the
     corresponding section of IEAFIXxx:
  
     "VOLUME is optional."
