• Since migration to ZOS 1.13 german panel FLMUSC#P shows no more
  the change code values.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When trying to see change codes on      *
  *                      SCLM panel FLMUSC#P (Option 10.3.1) the *
  *                      change codes panel does not display.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The panel FLMUSC#P will not display the change codes when
  selected using German or Japanese national language panels.
  

Problem conclusion

• Panel FLMUSC#P has been changed to correctly display the change
  codes.
