  *                      CCSID=819 scroll down is pressed in     *
  *                      browse.                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The Unix file contains EBCDIC data but the presence of the CCSID
  triggers ASCII processing which generates a bad lrecl value.
  Browse should not process the CCSID value as the DISPLAY command
  can be used to deal with non-EBCDIC data.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module ISRUNXFV is change to ignore CCSID information when
  BROWSE is the caller.
