Error description

• After application of ptf UA90634 - OA38218
  all attempts to write an IOCDS to a D/T2827
  fails with
  ICP400I READ/WRITE OF IOCDS IS INVALID ON THIS PROCESSOR (2827)
  

Local fix

• Use HCD and punch an IOCP input deck and then run Standalone
  IOCP for this machine.
