Problem summary

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PROFILE SHARING does not properly share *
*                      tables ISRRLIST and ISRPLIST when a new *
*                      profile data set is accessed by two or  *
*                      more systems.                           *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************
REFLIST tables ISRRLIST and ISRPLIST are created with TBCREATE.
The TBCREATE service maintains an exclusive enq on the tables
until ISPF terminates or TBCLOSE issued.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • ISPF is changed to immediately issued TBCLOSE after TBCREATE
for tables ISRRLIST and ISRPLIST. They are then opened for
updating in shared mode.
