    ****************************************************************
Release HJS7790 provides support for dynamic spool deletion.
Without this APAR, JES3 locals at HJS7780 would require a
re-IPL when a spool extent is dynamically deleted.

Code was added in the following modules to allow a JES3
local at HJS7780 to participate during dynamic spool
    deletion.

JES3 locals at levels previous to HJS7780 will continue to
require a re-IPL before a spool can be deleted.

    Module specific changes:

Module IATINGL has been changed to dynamically unallocate
    deleted spool extents.

Module IATINSD has been changed to mark the deleted spool
extent as deleted and clear the required Extent (IATYIOP)
    fields.

Module IATDMDK has been changed to reject I/O requests to
    a deleted spool extent.

Module IATGRSP has been modified to allow Syslog to be spun off
via the *F J=nn,SPIN command by using the correct TCB (IKJTCB)
address for the SCHEDIRB service. The SPIN command is used as
part of the spool delete function to relocate the JESMSGLG and
    JESYSMSG files to another spool.
