The problem can be summarized as follows:

1. An RTP connection is being established for an LU-LU session.
2. ISTRPCTM checks RPN_PATH_WEIGHT using the wrong base for the
   reference and ABEND0C4 occurs in ISTRPCTM.

Problem conclusion

  • ISTRPCTM is updated to base RPN_PATH_WEIGHT correctly.

ISTRPCSW, ISTRPCTR, and ISTRPCRT included for maintenance
purposes only.
