• While migrating a nonvsam dataset from a user volume,
  ARCMDSUV (UA26676) abended with an S0C4.  The failing
  instruction is at offset 22BE.

  ARCMDSUV because of a non-zero parameter list. A check for
  a non-zero value in the parameter list is not performed.
