OA07196 provides a new set of EWLM services in DLL IWMAMEWL (ALIAS EWLMPLAT) residing in library 'SYS1.SIEALNKE'. The ARM 4.0 library is offered for 3 different environments (31BIT-NONXPLINK, 31BIT-XPLINK, 64BIT) in members IWMAM431(LARM431), IWMAM43X(LARM43X) and IWMAM464(LARM464) in library 'SYS1.SIEALNKE'. Moreover for the HFS the corresponding symbolic links to the DLLs are placed in /usr/lib/libarm4_31.so, /usr/lib/libarm4_3x.so and /usr/lib/libarm4_64.so WLM provides the runtime support for the EWLM enhancements of the Enclave services IWMCONN/IWM4CON, IWMDISC/IWM4DIS IWMECREA/IWM4ECRE, IWMEDELE/IWM4EDEL, IWMESTRT, IWMESTOP, IWMEBLK, IWMEUBLK Several z/OS V1R6 books are affected by this APAR.
