IZ95404: UM CHANGEUSER UTILITY DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY FROM THE COMMAND LINE.

APAR status

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• The UM changeuser utility does not correctly update a users
  mailbox when entered from the command prompt window. There is no
  problem when the Web GUI is used to update the problem.
  It turns out the wording in the documentation is not clear and
  is misleading.
  

Local fix

• Level 2 can provide the correct instructions if required.
