Error description
PCI Express (14106803) 4-port adapter appears to be hung. The Green light stays ON after unplugging the cable in some instances. This problem was witnessed when setting the adapter to 100 Full and plugging it into a Cisco 3745 Switch. Using "Other" switches and setting the card at 1Gigabit full (1000 full) is a workaround.
Local fix
Set the card to 1Gigabit full or AUTO with a non Cisco 3745 switch.
