APAR status

Error description

  • Normal or Target Mode I/Os may fail after a SAN event.
    
    This problem will only occur if Fibre Channel Target Mode is
    active.  Target Mode will only be active for adapters with a
    "tme" attribute value of "yes" and which are in use by a
    Target Mode driver such as might be used in a clustered
    environment.

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

  • Fibre Channel Target Mode code is updated to ensure that
    command structures are filled out properly and that buffers
    are not leaked.
