APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Oversized SCSI requests received by an adapter running Fibre
Channel Target Mode will cause Target Mode resources to be
leaked. If all the resources leak due to oversized requests,
the adapter will fail to process Target Mode messages until it
    has been unconfigured and reconfigured.

Only Fibre Channel adapters configured for Target Mode are
susceptible to this problem. That is, only adapters with the
'tme' attribute value set to 'yes'.
