The tcbck incorrectly reports error, "The <file> is an unregistered TCB file", if a directory is added to treeck_novfs.
Local fix
Problem summary
tcbck will incorrectly give an unregistered file error if a directory is listed in the treeck_novfs attribute in the sysck.cfg database.
Problem conclusion
Corrected the logic for the test of the treeck_novfs attribute.
