  • The "getuserpwx" Subroutine returns the encrypted
password without the
"hash algorithm used prefix" of an LDAP user if LDAP
"authtype" is
"ldap_auth" and the LDAP server uses a hash algorithm
different to
"crypt".

  • The "getuserpwx" Subroutine returns the encrypted password
without the "hash algorithm used prefix" of an LDAP user if
LDAP "authtype" is "ldap_auth" and the LDAP server uses a hash
algorithm different to "crypt".

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • In case of "ldap_auth" the "hash algorithm used prefix"
must not be removed from the password. A valid condition
should placed to verify this.
