Error description

  • Sometimes, if an erratt occurs on the adapter during
    failover/
    failback, PLOGI to remote target may not complete fully
    and
    all further IO directed down that path may fail.
    
    There will be RELOGIN Timeouts logged:

Local fix

Problem summary
