IZ76058: BIND TO AF_NDD ADDRESS INCORRECTLY FAILS WITH EEXISTS APPLIES TO AIX 5300-12

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The external symptoms is when a socket of type AF_NDD is
  bound to an address or a filter type it can fail with
  EEXIST even if no socket is bound to that address.
  
  The bind will continue to fail until the system is
  rebooted.
