* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the AIX 5300-08 Technology Level with the
* bos.rte.libc fileset at the 5.3.8.7 level.  This problem
* is known to affect DB2.
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* Possible core dumps in various programs.  This problem is
* known to cause DB2 instances to crash intermittently.  DB2
* systems with databases cataloged with alternate servers using
* IP addresses are vulnerable.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IZ69616.
****************************************************************
