IV84542: PCONSOLE TCP CHANNEL ERRORS AFTER UPDATE TO 71 TL3 SP5 APPLIES TO AIX 6100-09

Error description

• After an update from AIX 7.1 TL3 SP3 (7100-03-03-1415) to
  SP5 (7100-03-
  05-1524) pconsole may not start, and could generate the
  following errors

Local fix

• There are two available workarounds:

  1) Reinstall pconsole:
  ========================
  Stop pconsole:
  # stopsrc -s  pconsole
  
  Uninstall pconsole:
  # installp -gu  sysmgt.pconsole.rte
  
  Be sure /pconsole was removed
  # rm -r /pconsole
  
  Reinstall pconsole:
  # installp -qaXg -d . sysmgt.pconsole.rte
  
  Restart pconsole:
  # startsrc -s pconsole
  
  
  Now test the pconsole:
  
  https://your.host.name:5336/ibm/console/logon.jsp

  2)  Modify the Channel Properties:
  ========================
  
  Stop pconsole:
  
  # stopsrc -s  pconsole
  
  Edit the file:
  
  # vi /pconsole/lwi/conf/overrides/channelFW.properties
  
  Make the following changes:
