    * USERS AFFECTED:
    * Systems running the AIX 7200-00 Technology Level
    * with bos.cluster.rte at the 7.2.0.0 or 7.2.0.1 level.
    ***************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    * PowerHA events, including failovers, may take significantly
    * longer time to complete if DNS is configured but the
    * nameserver is not accessible.
    *
    * This causes failovers due to loss of network connectivity
    to
    * take much longer than they should, up to 30 minutes or
    * possibly more.
    *
    * This only affects AIX 7.1 TL4 and AIX 7.2.
    ***************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:
    * Install APAR IV80882.
    * Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
    * either
    * ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv80882/
    * https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv80882/
    * Installation of the ifix does not require a reboot.
