Local fix

  • reboot before the counter wraps to negative value

Problem summary

  • NFSV3 SERVER/CLIENT CRASH/ASSERT while getting reference to
sysid associated with knetconfig and address.

Problem conclusion

  • refcnt counter decremented at couple of places to avoid data
type overflow causing it to ASSERT.
