Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer may see system hang if a process tries to
get psinfo on it self from a prochcall
    resource handler during exec.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed the issue in such a way that the there will be no system
hang if a process tries to get psinfo on it self. This is done
by not to sleep for exec event completion if current process
is trying to get psinfo on it self.
