Local fix

  • Set LANG=C is set using "smitty lang"

Problem summary

  • Largesend Counters are 32Bit and wrap fast if LANG=C is not set
If LANG=C is set in "smitty lang", 64 bit counters are used

Problem conclusion

  • Fix the message file to print 64 bit values.
