Error description
Scalable Volume Groups use 254 MWC records instead of 510 during writes.
Local fix
Problem summary
SVGs are only using 254 mwc rec entries instead of the potential 510 that we allocate space for. The affect of this is that for active MWC LVs, you can essentially only be writing to 254 LTGs at once instead of 510. This could be limiting performance capabilities with some workloads.
Problem conclusion
Correct mwc rec size definitions to properly use all 510 slots.
