tmpfile() might fail, after setting errno to EEXIST, in very rare conditions, most likely several applications using tmpfile() to create temporary files in the same directory.
Problem conclusion
Code changes have been made such that when tmpfile, finds a file with the same name is created in between, the generation of temporary name and creating the file, it will try to create another file with a different name, instead of failing immediately.
