IV56713: CIFS_FS HANGS IN NBSSN_RECV WITH CTRL-Z APPLIES TO AIX 7100-03

Error description

• The CIFS driver may hang in nbssn_recv when a
  process accessing files on a CIFS file system
  is stopped with Ctrl-Z.  The stack trace will

• Resume the stopped process.
  

Problem summary

• Applications accessing CIFS may appear to have hung when
  another application accessing CIFS filesystem is stopped with
  Ctrl+Z
  

Problem conclusion

• Ignore signals in functions calling e_block_thread.
