  • MUSENT_EEH_ENTRY gets logged when driver is in DEAD state and
entstat or netstat is run on the device to query statistics.

  • Multiple MUSENT_EEH_ENTRY entries are logged in errpt for
FC1763 and FC5899 adapters when driver is in DEAD state and
entstat or netstat is run on the device to query statistics.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Change driver code to prevent adapter access in DEAD state.
