IV51814: ACTIVE DGD ON MULTIPLE ROUTES TO SAME GATEWAY CAUSES PERF ISSUE

Error description

  • When there are many routes using the same gateway and if
Active DGD is enabled on all of them, this would cause
that many ICMP packets to go out to the gateway (one per
route with Active DGD flag).
This can cause performance issues on the router.
