IV51493: TRCUPDATE CREATES WRONG UNDO FILE UNDER CERTAIN CIRUCMSTANCES

Error description

• When a new 3 digit hook ID of format 0NN is added,
  the undo file that is generated is incorrect.

  .... end ....
  
  This should create an undo file.
  ... start ....
  * /etc/trcfmt
  - 0E10
  ............. end .....
  
  This incorrectly creates an unfo file
  
  * /etc/trcfmt
  - E10
  
  Thus failing the undo operation.
  

Local fix

• The undo file can be manually edited to add a "0".
  

Problem summary

• Customer is not able to generate prpoer undo file
  when a new 4 digit hook ID of format 0NNN is added.
