adapter device.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The false fatal error happens because we compare the opcode of
the current command "to be" issued with the opcode of the
mailbox command response. So, the fix in the adapter driver
rectifies this by ensuring that the opcode of the mailbox
command actually issued is compared with the opcode from the
response to the mailbox command.
Also, a change is made to ensure that the register login
mailbox command from the Async PLOGI response is issued via the
appropriate mailbox command slot.
