* bos.rte.bind_cmds at the 6.1.8.0 or 6.1.8.15 level.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* Linking with the -bexpall or -bexpfull flags can fail to
* export unreferenced symbols listed with the -u flag.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IV36851.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv36851/
