• Certain listeners in a mulitcast group may receive a short
  packet.

  * Systems running the 7100-02 Technology Level with
  * bos.net.tcp.client at 7.1.2.0 through 7.1.2.2 level.
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  * When there are multiple listeners for the same multicast
  * address, (multicast) packets delivered to the 2nd and
  * subsequent listeners are truncated (28 bytes).
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:
  * Install APAR IV35893.
  * Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
  * ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv35893/

• Alter logic so that packet lengths are adjusted only once.
