  • After rebooting an NFS server, invalid data may be found in
a file. There is a very small timing window that can cause
this after page replacement on an NFS client initiates a write
without commit from client to server.

* bos.mp64 fileset below the 7.1.0.22 level.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* After rebooting an NFS server, invalid data may be found in
* a file. There is a very small timing window that can cause
* this after page replacement on an NFS client initiates a write
* without commit from client to server.

* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IV35812.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* ftp://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv35812/
