nimadm operation sorts the /alt_inst filesystems in the incorrect order when LANG=en_GB /alt_inst/admin /alt_inst/autologs /alt_inst Error messages: Cannot find file system /alt_inst/admin/ 0505-160 nimadm: Error expanding remote filesystem. 0505-213 nimadm: ATTENTION, resize_client_fs() returned an unexpected result.
Local fix
set LANG=C in the /etc/profile file.
Problem summary
When doing a nimadm alt_disk_install migration to 61 or higher the /admin might be overwritten so that it becomes full: Error messages: Cannot find file system /alt_inst/admin/ 0505-160 nimadm: Error expanding remote filesystem. 0505-213 nimadm: ATTENTION, resize_client_fs() returned an unexpected result.
Problem conclusion
Use export LC_COLLATE=C before the failing sort.
