Error description

  • nmon ( n ) and other tools uses perfstat_netinterface() to
    fetch network stats .

    For some interfaces ( ETHERCHANEL ) the values provided by the
    subroutine is stale ( not updated ) as the underlying kernel
    extension is providing stale values.

    The network stats shown by nmon is all zeros since nmon
    collects stats over a peroid of time ( which is not being
    updated) and calculates delta .
