Local fix

  • Kill the looping readvgda process(s)

Problem summary

  • On certain data on disk, readvgda with certain options may hang
    if it gets SIGSEGV twice.

Problem conclusion

  • Better handle the seg fault signal handling so that we cannot
    hang.

Temporary fix
