* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the AIX 7200-02 Technology Level
* with bos.mp64 below 7.2.2.18 level.
  **************************************************************
* ERROR DESCRIPTION:
* If you use the new defragfs -f option on AIX 7.2 TL2, it may
* result in undetected data corruption due to overwriting
* file blocks.
*
* This is only a problem with the -f option introduced in
* AIX 7.2 TL2.
  **************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ06486.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* either
* ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij06486/
* https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij06486/
* The ifix can be installed using Live Update (LU).
* If LU is not used, installation of the ifix requires a
* reboot.
