APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • After updating to PHA 720 SP4, the appmon can't be
started when clstart or takeover. "clRGinfo -m"
shows "ONLINE NOT MONITORED".

Problem summary


    

  • "clRGinfo -m" shows application server is "ONLINE NOT
MONITORED" because while starting the cluster services or
takeover, the application monitors are not initializing.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Made code changes to initialize the application monitor even
app_mon failed to determine whether resource group is WPAR
enable or not.
