Error description

  • When using SMP/E Dialog panels, users may not see all of the
    data presented. This occurs when:
    PFSHOW ON, and
Displayed screen format is 24x80, and
ISPF option 0: / Command line at bottom is selected, or
    in ISPF Split Screen

For example, SMP/E panel GIMQIT21 CSI QUERY - LMOD ENTRY does
not display the SYSLIB line, even when scrolling forward (F8) or
    backward (F7).
When primary command FIND SYSLIB is issued, it returns:
CHARS 'SYSLIB' FOUND (hitting PF1 gives additional information -
GIMFD003 Search for chars 'SYSLIB' was successful.) but the
cursor is positioned at the command line. The 'SYSLIB'
    information is not displayed.

Local fix

  • Turn PF Keys off at the bottom of the screen via PFSHOW OFF
allowing the last lines of the panel to display.
