  Customers are experincing SQLCODE818 by issuing DB2 V5 DCLGEN
  command when they have applied UN98205 to DB2 V4 subsystem but
  holddata REASON(ACTION) was ignored.
  Issue:
  BIND PLAN(DSNEDCL)  PKLIST(*.DSNEDCL.DSNECP68) -
       ISOLATION(CS) ACTION(REPLACE)
  after:
  BIND PACKAGE(DSNEDCL) MEMBER(DSNECP68) ACTION(REPLACE) -
       ISOLATION(CS) LIBRARY('prefix.SDSNDBRM')
  to resolve this problem under DB2 V5.1.
  
  Customers are experiencing significant performance improvement
  within DSNTIJTC (CATMAINT) processing after REORG on Catalog TSs
  
  Customers are receiving following message/s under DB2 V5.1
  against index/es that are built with BMC code under DB2 V4.1
   - ABEND0C4 OR ABEND0C6 IN DSNKPOSI at various offsets if
     PQ03666 is not installed.
   - ABEND04E RC00C2010D DSNB1OPP with PQ03666 installed.
   - DSNT500I DSNB1OPP RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE 00C2010D TYPE 220.
  BMC used RID_length field of index header page within it's
  code. The length of this field is changed under DB2 V5.1.
  To resolve this problem customers had to run RECOVER INDEX
  under DB2 V5.1.
  Please call BMC to receive service for any related BMC code.

  DB2 V4.1 Utility - Abend0C1.
  For very back leveled customers, it is possible DB2 4.1 Utility
  receives Abend0C1 after upgrade to higher level.
  Customers need to accept maintenance and run a post linkedit
  job (JCLIN within UQ02684) and recreate DSNZPARM & DSNHDECP
  to resolve this issue.
