II09636: VARIOUS CAPTURE MVS WITH DB2/MVS R410 OR DB2/MVS R510 PROBLEMS FIXED - SEE ALSO II11809 FOR DPROPR V5

Error description

• After installing DataPropagator Capture/MVS with DB2 4.1 some
  abends were reported.  These abends vary in cause and reported
  symptoms.  Some of the abends were relieved by applying DB2
  PTFs and some were relieved by applying Capture/MVS PTFs.
  Below is a list of recommended fixes.  If you have all of these
  fixes installed on your system and you are still experiencing
  abends of Capture/MVS, please call the support center for
