    Change Description:

For the ACCRDB command, change the note following the
    PRDDTA instance variable to say:

    See the requester accounting information.

V3 Book Title: Usage of Distributed Data Management Commands
    Pages: 7
    Change Description:

Add the following information after the ACCRDB command
    tables:

    Requester Accounting Information

DB2 application servers (AS) accept thread accounting
information from an application requester in the PRDDTA
instance variable of the ACCRDB command. The data must
be in one or more repeating groups of:

L One-byte length of the data that follows. The length
can be zero if no data follows for this group.

    Data Data for length L.

If the length of all repeating groups equals the total
length of the PRDDTA, DB2 assumes the first group is
accounting data. This accounting data appears in the
DDF portion of the DB2 accounting record mapped by
macro DSNDQMDA in the DSN310.SDSNMACS library.

In the following examples, the first 8 bytes of accounting
data should be the AR's PRDID. The following examples of
    PRDDTA include the DDM LLCP.

Figure one shows an example of one group and figure 2 shows
an example of four repeating groups. All values are
    expressed in hexadecimal.

    0015210410C4E2D5F0F3F0F1F0C1C2C3C4C5C6C7C8

Broken down, the PRDDTA data is:

    (LLCP)
00152104 LL (0015) is the total length of PRDDTA
and CP (2104) is the code point for PRDDTA.

    (First and only group)
10 (length of group 1 data)
10 bytes of data of which the first 8 bytes is the
PRDID followed by the accounting data

The length of the PRDDTA is calculated by adding the
    following parts:

     04 bytes of LLCP
01 length byte for group 1
10 bytes of data in group 1
     __
     15 LL portion of LLCP

Because the sum of the parts equals LL, DB2 assumes
that the first group contains accounting data.

Broken down, the PRDDTA data is:

    (LLCP)
00222104 LL (0022) is the total length of the PRDDTA
and CP (2104) is the code point for PRDDTA.

    (First group)
10 (length of group 1 data)
10 bytes of data of which the first 8 bytes is the
PRDID followed by the accounting data

    (Second group)
08 (length of group 2 data)
8 bytes of data which DB2 ignores

    (Third group)
00 (length of group 3 data)
0 bytes of data which DB2 ignores

    (Fourth group)
02 (length of group 4 data)
2 bytes of data which DB2 ignores

The length of the PRDDTA is calculated by adding the
    following parts:

     04 bytes of LLCP
01 byte length for group 1
10 bytes of data in group 1
01 byte length of group 2
08 bytes of data in group 2
01 byte length for group 3
00 bytes of data in group 3
01 byte length for group 4
02 bytes of data in group 4
     __
     22 LL portion of LLCP

Because the sum of the parts equals LL, DB2 assumes
that the first group contains accounting data.
